Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were amazing and worth the price, but they were very dirty and the beds uncomfortable. I struggled to see due to poor lighting and dealt with a dripping tap all night. The service was great overall, but there were a few instances of forgetfulness. The location was fantastic for exploring Shanklin, with beautiful views and proximity to the beach. The dining options were good but slow at times. Overall, a place with potential but needs improvement in cleanliness and maintenance.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel with its spacious and clean rooms offering easy accessibility. The bay window provided beautiful sea views, though there was a small step at the front door to navigate. The service was friendly, even though at times, it required direct inquiries at the bar. The location was superb, just meters from the beach with lovely sea views and delightful walks in the area. The dining experience was of high quality but started a bit late for my liking. The facilities were well-maintained and offered a great selection for a comfortable stay.
